
This was an interesting meal to whip up, but it was delicious! The kids loved it!
Here’s what you need:
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tablespoon ketchup
- 3 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese *shredded
- 4 garlic cloves *minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag French fries *24 oz bag
Instructions
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Drain fat using a colander and place meat into a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the relish, ketchup, mustard, garlic, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour mixture over the ground beef.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of mixture.
- Cover the top of the casserole with the french fries.
- Bake in a preheated oven, 350 degrees, for about 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve!
