Grape Salad.

The oddest ingredient combo, but I’m telling ya it’s to die for! When you think you have enough brown sugar you better just add some more! I could eat this with every meal, and it can dual as a side dish or a dessert!

Here’s what you need!

  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut all the grapes in half. (Whole grapes are a chocking hazard.)

  3. Fold in halved grapes into cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer mixture to a seving bowl and cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
