
I’ve been making my hard boiled eggs like this for the past couple of years! It does wonders! I can basically place ‘em and forget ‘em.
Ingredients:
1-2 doz eggs
2 cups water

Instructions:
Let your eggs sit out and be room temperature or let them soak in water for a bit, this helps them not get as shocked when cooking and bust.
Add 2 cups water to instant pot, place egg holder in it and then layer your eggs until all the eggs are in. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Let natural release for 5 minutes and then quick release.
Let your eggs soak in an ice bath for 5 minutes. Then place in a container and store in the refrigerator.
