smoked Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients:

Bag of hashbrowns frozen

1 lb Colby jack cheese

2 cans cream of chicken soup

16oz deans French onion dip

BBQ rub

Instructions

Mix it all together in a 9×13 foil pan.

Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. Place in smoker for two hours, I stirred a couple of times during the two hours. I forgot the bbq rub halfway through it so l added that at the one hour mark. Honestly I think that’s the hidden ingredient!
