Phew we are headed back home today, and we are not looking forward to the snow/cold when we get there! Here is this week’s menu, some goodies but oldies. The kids have been asking for “red noodles” forever, so they are getting their request this week!
Monday: Ground beef alfredo, it’s a recently new recipes for us and we fell in love with it. It’s super easy to make here is the full recipe: https://www.foodlovinfamily.com/ground-beef-alfredo/
Tuesday: Queso Chicken Tacos in the crockpot. This is another good one we enjoy and you can easily put it over chips if you want nachos instead. Here is the full recipe: https://sweetlittlebluebird.com/slow-cooker-queso-chicken-tacos/
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Red Noodles, this is one that broke the internet when I shared it. It’s the simplest meal and it’s one that holds so much nostalgia. Literally noodles with tomato juice and that’s it. Come at me, I don’t care. Cook your noodles, drain water. Add in your tomato juice and heat through until it’s warm.
Friday: Crock pot Pork chops and rice this is simple and so delicious! When we need a break from beef it’s a nice go to meal. You can find the recipe here: https://www.backtomysouthernroots.com/slow-cooker-pork-chops-and-rice/
