What’s for supper.

Hey! Let’s get this new week of meals up and going! I am super excited for these meals. Sam and I would always have the spicy shrimp and tomato pasta, but it has been awhile since no kids at home. (Because they will not eat it.) Excited to make it for the two of us while the kiddos are gone. We are finally going to get that pork chop and rice made up too. Sam was gone last week, and I knew it would make a lot and didn’t want a ton of leftovers to go to waste. The kids and I can’t eat all of it ourselves. Keep reading for full recipes below!

Thursday: Roast, it has been awhile since I made one and it sounds yummy. This is what I have been doing for my roasts lately.

Ingredients:
3-5 pound roast
1 packet dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups beef broth
Carrots
Potatoes
Seasoning for roast of your choice

Instructions
Spray crockpot lightly with nonstick spray. Season your roast and put it in the crockpot. Mix your dry soup, soup, beef broth together until combined. Wash and cut veggies and place in crock-pot. Pour soup mixture over veggies and roast. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Friday: Casey’s Pizza!
