What’s for supper?

New week let’s get our menu out! Busy week yet again, trying to think of easy crockpot meals or quick 15 minute meals so we can eat before or after baseball and softball games quickly.

Monday: Roast 🤤 this is what I do for mine I’ve recently switched to this and it’s the yummiest!

Ingredients
3-5 pound roast of your choice
1 packet dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups beef broth
Carrots
Potatoes
Seasoning for roast of your choice.

Instructions
Spray crockpot lightly with nonstick spray.
Season your roast and put in crock pot. Mix your dry soup, soup, and beef broth together until combined. Wash and cut veggies place in crock pot. Pour soup mix over veggies and roast. Cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy!

Tuesday: Taco quesadillas, this one I’m just making up in my head 🤣 just going to brown some beef, season it with taco seasoning, and then add it to a tortilla with all my fixings into it and toast it up on my griddle. We will see how it works!

Wednesday: Mac and cheese with meat in it. The easiest meal ever, and the kids devour it! Two to three boxes of Mac and cheese to one pound of ground beef. Make your box of Mac and cheese per box instructions, brown your beef and drain grease. Add it to your Mac and cheese mix well and enjoy!

Thursday: Sloppy joes my gram’s recipe are our favorite 😍

2lbs. Ground Beef
Small Onion chopped
1/2 Green Pepper Chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp flour

Cook hamburger, onion, and green pepper together until brown. Drain grease and then mix the rest of the ingredients but the flour. Mix until well combined. Then add the flour to help thicken it.

Friday: Frozen Jack Daniel’s bbq pork sandwiches, if you haven’t tried these yet you need to…they are so delicious!
