
Oh hey! It has been a few months since I have shared on here. Summer break is officially over, and I am not really sure where the time went. We made the most of it, and it was probably one of our best summers yet! School started last week, and now we are back to our weekly meal menus. Let’s see what is on the menu for this week!
Monday: Smoked tenderloin turned into a roasted tenderloin 🙂 a long with smoked cheesy hash browns.

Here is the smoked cheesy hashbrown recipe:
Ingredients:
Bag of hashbrowns shredded
2 cans cream of chicken
16oz Monterey Jack cheese
Bbq seasoning
16 oz Dean’s French onion dip
Instructions:
Mix them all together, smoke at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Stir at the one hour mark. Enjoy!
