What’s for supper?

This week is the start of baseball for us! Just one day this week before it moves to two the following week! I’ll be on the search for each recipes and quick ones at that for those nights. Here’s what we have on the schedule for the week.

Monday: Chicken tenders Parmesan and garlic. The kids have been on a kick of these from the gas station every weekend when we drop in to get milk. They keep saying I want mom to make these, so we will try our hand at them. Here’s the full recipe https://themomchef.com/chicken-tenders-with-garlic-parmesan/

Tuesday: Mexican Pizza, I feel like I’m the only one who remembers Taco John’s pizza while growing up. I know this won’t be exactly like it, but I’m hoping it will hit the spot the same. Here’s the full recipe https://fedbysab.com/mexican-pizza-taco-bell-copycat-recipe/

Wednesday: This will be on the go supper this night. Sandwiches and snacks will be brought as we have two baseball practices this night.

Thursday: Home grown steak is always a hit. We will have our favorite potatoes with these. Diced up potatoes drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with Lawry’s seasoning salt. Add to the air fryer at 390 degrees for 20 minutes.

Friday: Garlic Parmesan pasta, not sure what our Friday will look like so this is something quick and easy. Find the full recipe here https://togetherasfamily.com/creamy-garlic-pasta/

I’ll see you next week for our new menu.
