
It’s back! I have to say last week not having a set in stone menu really threw me for a loop! Our schedule was a little hectic, and it’s not going to slow down until June! Bare with me when it comes to my menus. I know they will not be a full week of meal, but it will still give you some ideas when it comes to helping you out with meal ideas! Currently I have 4 kids, (I don’t know why I said currently) like we are going to have more kids…because that’s not what’s going to happen. Three of my four kiddos are in sporting activities. Between practices, meets, games, and other running around we might be home for 2-3 nights of supper. At least I will be prepared for them though. Here we go! This week is all about simple and repeats!
Monday: Leftovers (practice and late running night)
Tuesday: Leftovers or concession stand (Track meet)
Wednesday: Tator tot casserole
Thursday: Spaghetti (Cook your noodles and meat, throw it all together with your favorite sauce)
Friday: Leftovers (Soccer practice and track meet)
