I almost forgot to post! It has been I think 2 weeks maybe even longer than that since I have put together a menu for Tasteful Tuesday. Our schedule right now is so crazy that we are only home for supper once or twice a week and the rest of the time it’s concession stands or left overs. Nothing too fancy! Here is what I have made this for this week! Thursday might change since I forgot I am going to be driving in the evening and not home.
Monday: Baked Goulash
Tuesday: Taco Meatballs
Wednesday: Leftovers or concessions
Thursday: Chicken drumsticks
Friday: Leftovers or if I didn’t get the chicken made I will make it then!
