A full week and (hopefully) the last week of meals to the field! As I am typing this the guys are finishing our last field of corn (yay!). Then they will move equipment to a neighbors field that they have been helping with harvest to finish up his. With Halloween being Monday, my week might not go as planned for Monday/Tuesday. I might be switching the two up, meaning leftovers or something quick on Monday night (trick or treating), and then do the hot roast beef sandwiches on Tuesday to the field. We might not even be in the field all week, but this way I am prepared for the meals I am making and can be flexible if we are in the field or not. I also added some desserts and meals I made last week that I swapped for some nights or added in some meals.
Monday: Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches with Cheese
Tuesday: Chicken Burrito Bowls
Wednesday: 3 Ingredient Pork Chops
Thursday: Breakfast Casserole/Burritos
Friday: Pizza Delivery
Sunday: Creamy Beef and Noodles
